II. Delivery Prices and Taxes
Orders are fulfilled under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model.
Displayed product prices already include UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%).
For cross-border shipments, applicable import duties are calculated according to UK customs regulations and product classification standards (HS Code), and are already included in the final displayed price. No additional charges will be collected upon receipt.
For orders totaling £166.30 or more, no additional delivery fees are applied.
For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of £7.81 applies.
The amounts shown on the page represent the final total price of the order and do not include hidden fees.
III. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Payments completed before 18:00 on UK business days usually enter the processing stage on the same day.
Payments completed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
After payment confirmation, orders enter the shipping preparation stage, typically completed within several business days.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 9–15 business days, depending on shipping arrangements, customs clearance, and objective transport conditions.
IV. Shipping Method
Delivery is carried out by third-party logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with online tracking available.

It is recommended to check the condition of the outer packaging upon receipt.
If any obvious issues are found, take photos and note them during delivery.
The same inspection applies to deliveries received by a third party.
In the event of damaged, missing, delayed, or incorrectly delivered items, relevant information should be submitted within 48 hours for subsequent verification and handling.
Any additional costs arising from incomplete or incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.
VI. Modifications and Cancellations
Requests for address changes or order cancellations can be submitted before the item is shipped.
After the item has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer applicable and should follow the return policy procedures.
VII. Returns
Return requests can be submitted within 14 business days after receipt of the product.
