IV. Pricing and Tax Information
Displayed prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%).
For cross-border fulfillment, applicable import duties and customs fees are calculated according to UK customs regulations and are included in the displayed price, using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model.
The amount shown on the payment page represents the final total; no additional fees will be charged upon receipt.
V. Refund Information
After a return request is verified, the refund process will begin, usually taking 1–3 business days.
Depending on the bank processing time, funds typically arrive within 10–15 business days; the actual arrival date prevails.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).
If the processing time exceeds expectations, order numbers and transaction information can be provided for inquiry.
