Order Cancellation Policy
I. Applicable Conditions
After payment is completed, users may submit a cancellation request within 72 hours if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Once the order has entered the logistics processing stage, it is considered shipped, and cancellation requests will no longer be applicable.
II. Situations Not Eligible for Cancellation
Orders that have already been shipped or handed over to the carrier.
Delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address or contact information do not qualify for order cancellation. The customer bears the related responsibility.
III. Handling of Shipped Orders
If the order has already been shipped, users can exercise their return rights according to the return policy:
Return requests can be submitted within 14 business days after receipt of the product.
After verification of the returned items, the refund process will begin, usually taking 1–3 business days.
Due to bank processing times, funds typically arrive within 10–15 business days, with the actual arrival date prevailing.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).
IV. Submission of Cancellation Requests
If the conditions for cancellation are met, requests can be submitted through customer support with the following information:
Order number
Payment receipt or transaction record
Explanation of the reason for cancellation
V. Review and Refund Process
Upon receiving complete information, the request will enter the review process, usually completed within 1–3 business days, and the result will be communicated via email.
Approved requests will be submitted to the bank for refund processing.
If the refund takes longer than expected, users may contact support again and provide the order number and payment information for inquiry.
