I. Terms of Use
By browsing, placing orders, or making payments on this platform, users are deemed to have read and accepted this policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please discontinue use of the services.
Users must be at least 16 years old or have obtained permission from a legal guardian.
Information provided during order placement or service use must be accurate and complete. Users bear responsibility for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information.
Account and login information must be properly managed. Users are responsible for issues arising from improper personal management.
II. Products and Pricing
Product information is presented accurately, though slight differences may exist between images and actual items.
The product, quantity, and price listed on the order confirmation page are final.
Displayed prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT 20%) and relevant import duties.
Orders are fulfilled under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, with associated costs included in the product price; no additional charges will be applied upon delivery.

III. Orders and Payment
After payment, orders enter processing and shipping preparation.
Settlement currency is British Pound (£), with Visa and Mastercard accepted.
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party platforms, and data is transmitted via TLS encryption.
Card information is not stored.

IV. Delivery and Shipping Fees
Orders usually enter the shipping process within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 9–15 business days, depending on shipping and customs arrangements.
For orders totaling £166.30 or more, no delivery fee is applied. Orders below this amount incur a delivery fee of £7.81.
Delivery is carried out by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking information provided.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.

V. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests can be submitted within 72 hours after payment if the order has not entered the shipping process.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer applicable. After receipt, returns may be requested in accordance with the return policy.
Once a return is verified, the refund process usually takes 1–3 business days;
bank processing may take an additional 10–15 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).

VI. Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, return or exchange requests can be submitted within 14 business days after receipt of the product.
Once approved, return instructions and shipping guidance will be provided.
Products must be properly packaged and returned according to the instructions.
After receipt and verification of returned items, refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly.

VII. Data Protection and Privacy
Only data necessary for order fulfillment and service provision (e.g., name, address, payment information) is collected.
Data is protected through TLS encryption, access control, and regular security checks.
Users may exercise their rights under UK GDPR to access, correct, or delete personal data.
Necessary cookies are used for shopping cart and payment processes; analytics and preference cookies are enabled only with consent.

VIII. Applicable Law
This service policy is interpreted and applied in accordance with current UK laws and regulations.
Disputes will first attempt to be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they may be submitted to the competent judicial authorities in the UK.
