Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

I. Return and Exchange Timeframe

In accordance with UK consumer regulations, return or exchange requests can be submitted within 14 business days after receipt of the product.

All requests must first be confirmed through customer support. Products returned without prior confirmation may result in extended processing times.

Requests submitted after the above timeframe will not be processed.

II. Submission Method and Required Information

When submitting a return or exchange request, please provide the following information:

Upon receiving complete information, processing instructions are usually provided within 3 business days.

III. Return, Refund, and Exchange Process

Once the request is approved, instructions and shipping guidance for the return will be provided.

Products must be properly packaged and returned according to the provided instructions.

Exchange: Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the replacement item will be shipped, and tracking information will be provided.

Refund: After verification of the returned product, the refund will enter the processing stage, usually taking 1–3 business days.
Due to bank processing times, funds typically arrive within 10–15 business days, with the actual arrival date prevailing.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).

IV. Special Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transport disruption, natural events) causing return or delivery issues, appropriate handling and communication will be provided based on the situation.
